Shipments Within Greece
For purchases within Greece and for amounts over 50 €, shipping is free of charge by courier.
For amounts up to 50 € there is a charge of 5 € per piece
In case of cash on delivery, there is no charge.
Shipments Outside Greece
For purchases from other European Union countries, please contact us through juniorkidshoes @ gmail.com , stating your exact address and you will be sent a reply with the exact shipping cost
Products delivery
Within 2 to 5 working days for large urban centers and 3 to 7 working days for inaccessible areas, if the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the ordering department about the estimated delivery time.
Payment methods
1. COD
The customer pays with the delivery of the order at his place, the employee of the courier company, who acts on the order of the company with the distinctive title "JUNIOR". COD is valid only for deliveries within Greece.
2. DEPOSIT IN A BANK
By deposit in one of the following bank accounts:

No extra costs
In case of deposit from another bank, the transfer costs are borne exclusively by the customer, otherwise the store may cancel the purchase and refund the price deducting any bank reservations.
You fulfill the shipment after the confirmation of the deposit, and if all the conditions are met.
3. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Accepted cards: All credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Maestro, Masterpass).
The use of your credit card for your purchases in the online store " www.juniorkidshoes.gr " is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions.
To pay by credit card, you must fill in the relevant form with the exact name of the holder, the number and expiration date of your credit card, and the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card.
Checking and payment is done directly via STRIPE.
In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card used for the respective transaction.
Returns
Returns of Goods
For all cases you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the email address (e-mail) " juniorkidshoes @ gmail.com " notifying us the reason for return or replacement and completing Contact Phone. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return parcel.
Return conditions:
1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment.
The customer will be charged with the return costs of the product where they cost € 2.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement for the following reasons:
Problematic or Wrong Products
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In those cases in which, with proven fault of our company, products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order, you can return the products.
The return of the product is free from all over Greece.
Product Change
In case you want to change the product you bought you must fill in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and our partner will contact you.
The product should not have been used and its packaging should be intact.
